Job Description: The Pulaski County Growth Alliance a 501 C 3 economic development organization located in the Fort Leonard Wood Region is seeking a Director of Economic Development. The Pulaski County Growth Alliance is governed by an 11 member board. Key responsibilities: Acts as liaison with regional and state economic development organizations. Manage and Maintain (Lois) a data base for buildings and sites Serves as agent for Pulaski County Industrial Development Board Coordinates the Pulaski County Enhanced Enterprise Zone Conducts entrepreneurship program Chairs Pulaski County Work Ready Communities initiative Contract Manager for Waynesville Motor Vehicle and License Office Develop marketing materials to promote Pulaski County Respond to existing business and attraction inquires Qualifications: A working knowledge of economic development programs Experience in managing state government contracts Managing staff Grant procurement Real Estate Experience Experience working with City, County, and State Government Sales and Marketing experience A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or pubic administration http://www.pulaskicountymo.com
